Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): calculated at checkout

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on subscriptions within Canada.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. When made available, international delivery times vary by location (7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@noomigummies.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Subscription Orders Recurring subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines as one-time purchases. Shipping rates apply unless a free shipping promotion is active on your account.
